How do I create an account?

Download the app, open it and sign up with your email. It takes less than a minute.

How do I book a service?

Choose Rides, Restaurants, Stays or Experiences, pick what suits you and confirm your booking.

How do I pay?

At launch, payment is made on site, directly with the provider (driver, restaurant, host, guide).

How do I cancel a booking?

Open your booking in the app and follow the cancellation conditions shown by the provider.

How do refunds work?

Since payment is made on site, there is no prepayment to refund. Conditions depend on the provider.

How do I become a provider?

In the app, choose “Become a partner”, select your trade and complete the KYC verification.

Is my data protected?

Yes. We follow a strict privacy policy and never share your data without a legal basis.

What is the PIN code for?

The PIN protects access to your account and sensitive information on your phone.

What languages is the app in?

The whole app exists in French, English and reo Tahiti — you choose your language anytime.

Are providers verified?

Yes, each provider passes an identity and document check (KYC) before being activated.

Are reviews reliable?

A review can only be left after a real booking, which guarantees its authenticity.

How do I contact a driver or host?

Use the app’s built-in messaging: it is the official, safe and traceable channel.
