The site and the application are hosted on a dedicated server provided by Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany (Munich commercial register HRB 180722) — contabo.com. The server is physically located in Lauterbourg, France, and therefore within the European Union. The site is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which provides caching and attack protection. The application’s data is managed on the same infrastructure dedicated to Fenua’p.

Intellectual property

The brand, the logo (the va’a, the Polynesian outrigger canoe), the texts and visuals of Fenua’p are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Liability

Fenua’p connects users and verified independent providers. Services are delivered under the responsibility of each provider.
