Privacy Policy — Fenua'p
Dernière mise à jour : juillet 2026. This policy describes personal data processing under French law no. 78-17 ("Informatique et libertés"), applicable in French Polynesia.
We process: account data (email, name, optional phone, language), service data (rides, orders, bookings, in-app messages, reviews, saved addresses), location (pickup/drop-off; driver position during an active ride only, shared solely with the client concerned — never collected in the background outside an active service), provider verification documents (stored privately, accessible only to authorised reviewers) and technical data (session identifiers, notification token if accepted).
Legal bases: contract performance (providing the service), legal obligation and legitimate interest (regulatory verification of providers, fraud prevention, platform security, dispute handling). No data is used for targeted advertising or sold to third parties. Recipients are limited to what is strictly necessary: client and provider of the same service see only each other's first name, masked phone number and, for rides, live position; hosting subprocessors; payment service providers where electronic payments are used.
Account data is kept for the duration of use; service records for the applicable legal limitation periods; provider documents for the duration of the partnership. Security measures include TLS encryption, row-level access rules, private storage for sensitive documents, encrypted backups and systematic phone-number masking. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) directly in-app — data export and account deletion are available in Settings → Privacy — or by email, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. The app is not intended for unaccompanied minors under 15. Material changes are notified in-app.
