Nothing for now. During the launch phase, Fenua’p takes no commission and charges no fees at all: the customer pays you directly and you keep the full amount you charge. Should fees be introduced later, they will always stay well below international platforms. You set your prices, you keep your freedom.
Am I required to work set hours?
No. You are completely free: you turn on your availability whenever you want, with no penalty.
What documents do I need?
It depends on the trade (for example, license and pro card for taxis). KYC guides you in the app.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly, using the payment methods offered in the app. You can track your income in the app.
